ShinyHold is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform tailored for portfolio auditing, quantitative market intelligence, and tracking of trading card game (TCG) collections.

Its mission is to deliver mathematical evaluation tools for private inventories, analytical visualizations of aggregated secondary market pricing, and physical asset cataloging. ShinyHold does not operate as an exchange or auction house, nor does it assume physical or digital custody of user assets.

All subscription payments exclusively remunerate the costs of cloud computing infrastructure, bandwidth, database storage, and processing power required for advanced market analytics.

Under no circumstances does purchasing a PRO Pass confer ownership rights, licensing titles, tokens, shares, or intangible assets associated with Pokémon, Nintendo Co., Ltd., or any other card game franchise.

PRO subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each contracted billing period (monthly at €6.00 or annually at €60.00, VAT included).

Users may view invoices, update payment methods, or cancel automatic renewals at any time with immediate effect via their account or the Stripe Customer Portal, without lock-in periods or financial penalties.

Market prices, profit/loss (P&L) metrics, spreads, and historical trends displayed on ShinyHold are automated statistical estimates sourced from public external platforms (Cardmarket, TCGPlayer).

Under no circumstances should it be considered formal financial advice, investment recommendations, certified appraisals, or guarantees of future returns. Buying and selling decisions remain solely the responsibility of each user.

ShinyHold offers an entirely optional technical utility connecting nearby collectors for in-person card exchanges within a 5-kilometer radius.

• —ShinyHold does not mediate, oversee, or assume liability for agreements, card condition, or incidents arising from physical meetups. Meeting in public spaces is always recommended.

Registration and use of ShinyHold services are strictly reserved for individuals aged 16 and older, pursuant to Article 8 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States.
