Pokémon madness returns to McDonald's: dates, cards and Confetti Holo

If you lived through the 2021 campaign, you already know what's coming: lines at McAuto and menus sold out in a matter of hours. This time, the collaboration celebrates 30 years of the franchise and arrives with sealed envelopes in each Happy Meal (no plastic figures).

The promo will be active from November 5 to December 9, 2026 internationally.

How do the envelopes come?

Each pack includes 4 cards (1 guaranteed holographic and 3 regular). The 6 holos in the collection feature the classic Confetti Holo reflective finish, which always leads the interest of collectors.

Purchase limit: To stop resale, restaurants will allow between 2 and 4 extra envelopes per menu, prohibiting the sale of complete boxes to the same customer.

Leaks and misprints tampering

Although the official list will not be released in full until the end of the month, the presence of Pikachu with a commemorative foil stamp has already been confirmed, accompanied by the classic initials.

The most talked about rumor in the community points to an initial shipment with an alignment error in the logo print (misprint). If any of these cards reach the trays before passing quality control, their auction price will instantly skyrocket.

Open or store sealed?

1. Be careful with the heat of the food: Steam and friction inside the menu easily turn corners. If you are looking for a PSA 10, take out the envelopes as soon as they give you the tray.
2. The value of the sealed envelope: Sealed packages from previous anniversaries have multiplied their value over the years. The classic move: open one to enjoy it and keep another in a hard case.
